The soul of an ultra runner in a dad bod. I'm just a regular guy who loves running. I love my kids and wife but life is a struggle and this is how I get through it. Why do I do it, and how do I do it. What levels of expectations do I put on myself and how i manage to train with limited time. I'm not super fit, I don't look like a running or lifting model, just an average dad bod trying to make the most of my obsession with pounding the pavement.
You have to believe in yourself and put the negative comments and thought away. If you want something go get it. If it's crazy and seemingly unattainable write a plan of action. find the time to make yourself better everyday.
